I disagree with Yang Long because he stated that looks are not important. Well, if both people have skills, which one would an employer employ? The ugly one or the pretty one? The answer is the pretty one. However, I agree that skills are more important than looks. In times of economic difficulties like this, employers are looking for practicality. They want efficient workers who will improve their business. Thus, skills are very important. 

I disagree with Max because he stated that a working attitude is more important than having skills. If someone has a bad working attitude, but superb skills, he will be sought after. For example, some celebrities act very diva-ish and bossy, but because they are famous, people want them to act in their movies and advertisements. Another example is teachers. A teacher might be very smart and teach very well, even if he has an attitude problem, he will still be hired because the principal is looking at results. If the teacher can help the school achieve good results, then he will be employed. Practicality is important.
